Our greenhouse farm, part of the Organic Farming initiative, brings this vision to life by growing vegetables and edibles in controlled environments, both to maximise nutrition and to ensure a continuous food supply independent of a volatile market.
By relying solely on natural fertilisers, we safeguard our produce from the harmful effects of chemicals, ensuring it remains pure and life-giving. Greenhouses provide optimal humidity control and help prevent diseases like fungal infections, while also minimising losses during handling and transport. Through a Four-Unit Succession Rotation System, harvests are staggered across the year, providing a steady, daily supply of fresh produce. The entire harvest is dedicated to providing the community with fresh, wholesome daily meals.
