Blood Donation Campaigns

As another impactful charitable initiative of the Vimukthi Foundation, the monks of Jethavanarama Buddhist Monastery, in collaboration with the Anagarika and Anagarikaa communities and generous donors, organise a blood donation campaign once every four months. These events are held in response to the needs of the National Blood Bank, aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in critical need of blood.

Since the launch of this campaign, the Foundation has successfully donated over 1 200 pints of blood, directly contributing to the saving of lives and supporting emergency healthcare services.
